Sunrise Park is a project I created to showcase my life. I wanted to create not just a roadmap of my journey, but also to highlight the people, places, and experiences that have influenced me—and my goal is to continue doing that.

Through my work, you’re able to see how I was shaped by the world around me, from growing up in the city of London to moving across the ocean to the United States at a young age. These influences are reflected throughout my designs, from an English love of well-fitting, stylish sweatpants to references drawn from vintage pieces I encountered while living in California, where I saw firsthand how deeply vintage is treated, collected, and appreciated.

I also showcase my love for sports—from being a childhood Liverpool FC fan to playing basketball in college and eventually at a professional level. Another recurring theme in my work is vandalism and graffiti—elements that feel out of place or aren’t “supposed” to be there—which serve as a reference to my childhood growing up on a London council estate.

Some of the models I use represent people who have influenced me along this journey, including individuals I’ve met through life as well as people I personally look up to.

Above all, my goal is to inspire others to chase their dreams, even when that pursuit becomes difficult. Keep going.
